2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups prepared marinara sauce
¼ cup chopped basil (optional)
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 (5 oz) pkg garlic croutons
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the bottom of a
9x13 casserole dish with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic. Arrange the chicken
breasts in bottom of dish, pour marinara sauce over chicken. Sprinkle basil
over sauce, top with half of the mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle on
the croutons, then top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 45
minutes, depending on thickness of chicken breasts, until thermometer reads 160
degrees.
