6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking
dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for one hour.
(I often use frozen chicken tenderloins, bake for 30 min, on convection setting.)
(Replace cranberry sauce with 16 oz apricot jam
for Apricot Chicken.)
